In an attempt to kick out loiters, unhoused people seeking shelter, and night markets, the Broadway Luxury Suites is installing hostile architectural measures: electric water, poisonous flowers, violent seats, and scientifically-annoying music. 

Not taking this seated, community members are attempting to fight back. But they help...

Under Construction is a mission for Cities Without Number and other cyberpunk roleplaying games. Players will need to decide who to help: a vulnerable local community, or a company willing to pay to kick that community out. Included is a full adventure, plus a news article to act as a handout for players.
