Added Need to Know Pregens

Hey everyone,

I decided to add the pre-generated Agents from Need to Know, since their 2021 rendition is in a terrible state (corrupted data fields, missing essential skills, missing bonus skills). This meant basically rebuilding all the pregens to be rules-legal, so hopefully I didn’t go cross-eyed and screw one of them up.

Provided in the “Need to Know Pregens” zip archive are four versions of each Agent: two editable versions with either black or white headers, and two “print ready” versions with either black or white headers. The “print ready” versions were created because not all skills in the editable PDF show up on all PDF readers, and I want to guarantee readability everywhere. I also provided a Readme with most of the changes made to each Agent.
